Sri Kashekodi Sooryanarayana Bhat

Sri Kashekodi Sooryanarayana Bhat is a respected person in the spiritual and religious community of Karnataka. Widely known across many districts of Karnataka and neighboring states, he is recognized for his expertise in Vedic rituals, pujas, homas, and spiritual discourses. He pursued his Vedic studies at the Sanskrit College in Udupi and served as a member of the Karnataka State Religious Council from 2019 to 2022. He founded the Kala Shreya Sansthan in Kalladka, through which he actively promotes religious and spiritual education. Under his guidance, the organization conducts classes in the Vedas, Bhagavad Gita, and classical music for local students.

Apart from his spiritual work, Sri Bhat is deeply committed to social service. He allocates 50% of his earnings to various charitable activities. He has purchased land with his personal income and donated it to underprivileged families, in addition to constructing houses for the needy. His organization provides monthly support to the elderly and disabled, and he consistently supports traditional art forms like Yakshagana, as well as music and dance. He also contributes to the wedding expenses of families in need and fully sponsors the college education of several students.
